Our Parties offers a unique and fun way to celebrate your child’s birthday, taking away all the worry and hassle of planning the day. You too can enjoy the day and interact in the activities (if you so wish) as well as the children.
All parties run for a duration of two hours; the children will spend the first hour and a half participating in their chosen activity/activities and then for the last half hour they will be sat down in a decorated area to have their party food (provided by you). Whilst the children are sat down to enjoy the food, we will present the birthday cake, which after we will cut and wrap, ready to be placed into the party bags. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements/allergies as we provide party sweets.
Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays. All party leaders are child care qualified, First Aid qualified and also CRB checked.
Our Parties offers four themes of party:
'Funky Football' Kicking fun for all! Football practice drills, three/five aside games, or complete matches are co-ordinatedto suit all age groups, under the direction of football fanatic staff. A great way for children to build on team working and improving their football idol's skills! Should children invited not wish to participate in in the football activity, an area will be sectioned off, where they can enjoy various play equipment provided: jenga-bricks, skipping ropes, small balls and skittles
'Splash & Swim' Children have the opportunity to have some splashing fun in the water. Water toys and mats are provided. Water polo or various swimming races/relays are options that we can organise for the children. Considering the age group and varying ability of children, appropriate designated pool space will be organised by our qualified staff. With respect to Child Protection Regulations, children under the age of 6yrs, require adult supervision in the water. The shallow end of the pool is 0.9m and the deep end is 1m, allowing all children the opportunity to safely enjoy the pool. All swimming parties are covered by lifeguards. Chantal and Nicole both hold the Teachers National Rescue Qualification, as well as our staff having the same qualification or the RLSS pool Lifeguard Qualification.
'Arty Crafty' A great way to get 'reasonably' messy but very creative! A favourite for all children. Not only do the children have the opportunity to be individually artistic, but they also get to take home their own designed craft! Art 'n 'Craft options are organised taking into account the age of your child. Options of three activities will be offered which you can choose from. Arty Crafty has an additional cost of £2 per child, its a fantastic party bag alternative!
'Fun 'n' Games' This is a particular favourite for the younger aged birthday child between 3-8yrs. They have the chance to release some of that weekend energy by running, jumping and hopping around participating in various fun activity games. Games include: Musical Statues, 'Duck Duck Goose', 'Fishes in the Sea', Sleeping Lions, 'What's the Time Mr.Wolf?', Parachute Games and many more traditional favourites.
You can choose one activity or mix and match a choice of two.
Unfortunately we do not provide party invitations or party bags. You will be required to supply the party food, drinks and most importantly the cake. Please can we remind you to consider your children's dietary needs and religious and special requirements, when booking and catering for your party. You will need to make sure, prior to the party, that you record and bring with you, the emergency contact details and special requirements of your guests.
Under Health & Safety Regulations, party poppers and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Horsenden School.
The cost for a party at Horsenden Primary School, Greenford:
is £195 up to a maximum of 20 children.
£4.00 per child thereafter.
Please do not forget the additional charge of £2 per child if you choose Arty Crafty.

is £165 up to a maximum of 25 children.
